We support them to become critical thinkers so they can identify issues and are able to address these by their own.

Policy and Procedure
“an-anya” believes on professionalization and realizaed to laydown a broad organization policy framework which helped the organization to appraise its own growth as well as see things critically and systematically.
The policies and programs of “an-anya” is solely guided by a Mission and Vision document which is prepared for the organization. Likewise nature o intervention and strategy with a well laid down Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation system and tools are also have been developed to provide a professional touch to the approach of organization.
Personal Policy: Personal Policy introduced in organization like Personnel Recruitment, Training, Promotion, Termination, Suspension, Transfer, Leave Rules, TA & DA, Loan and Advances, Vehicle and Assets & allowances.
Gender Policy: “an-anya” covering the representation system to responsibility, opportunity and privileges areas in-order to bring a gender equality among men, women and trans staff at the organizational level as well as community level. The policy helped the organization in genderising its structure and programs as well for gender justice.
Financial Policy: “an-anya” having a separate manual was developed in the organization. In this manual different tools and techniques, formats, registers along with required rules and regulation nd modalities for use of those instruments have been developed and adopted in the organization to streamline finance matters in a more decentralized manner. Those include bugeting, financial management, monitoring, staff welfare, leave and asset management etc.
Child Policy: Our engagement with children governed by “an-anya” Child Protection Policy. Board Members, Staffs, Projects strictly adhere to the child protection standards so that children are not exposed to exploitation or abuse at any level at any time. Visitors and supporters must agreed to this Child Protection Policy
